Weighed 104.4 yesterday, down from 106.2 last week. Is this what would happen every week if I just cut down on wine and eat well? Or am I just dehydrated? I don’t think I feel smaller…?

Weighed in at 106.2 on my family’s scale! I did some tests and it seems to be pretty accurate. Crossing my fingers that mine will say the same (or less) next week!
still 107 today… which is better than having gained this past week. so I’ll take it.

also, I admired my legs this morning. I mean, I still see a lot of potential for improvement in the way I look, but I’m glad that I recognize and appreciate the changes—not matter how slight—that I’ve made happen. I think that will be important in keeping me going, keeping me on track.
